Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding apparatus which soft X-rays irradiated for elimination of static electricity does not leak outside a safety door device, and which is further capable of eliminating static electricity not only molded articles but also mating surfaces on both sides of a molding die.SOLUTION: An injection molding device 1 comprises a safety door device 50 which surrounds an arrangement space S of a molding die 20 and has a door 52 capable of freely opening and closing on the side, and in which an opening part or opening is formed so as to allow entry of a robot arm 41 of a takeout device 40 above the arrangement space S, and an X-ray irradiation device 60 for irradiating soft X-rays for eliminating of static electricity into the arrangement space S so as to reach mating faces on both sides of the opened molding die 20 and molded products.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
