Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide injection molding dies to be operated simply which can manufacture a product free from traces of a gate on the surface. SOLUTION: A nozzle bush 3 is fixed on a fixing plate 1, and a scrap removing plate 6, a male mold 7 and a female mold 8 are arranged to be close one another and separated away freely and guided by a main guide pin 5, while an ejection plate 15 is stored on an ejection plate storage section 11 and an ejection pin 16 is extended to a mold surface 12. The male mold 7 and the female mold 8 are locked temporarily by a snap block 20, and the ejection plate 15 and the scrap removing plate 6 are trailed with time difference by an ejection plate tension pin 23 and a scrap removing plate tension pin 24 after the female mold 8 is opened. When the male mold 7 and the female mold 8 are drawn in the arrow mark B direction, the male mold 7 and the female mold 8 locked temporarily by the snap block 20 are moved integrally, and scraps in a runner 4 are separated. When the male mold 7 is stopped by a stopper, the snap block 20 is disengaged to open the female mold 8 to pull the plate 15 and the scrap removing plate 6 through the tension pins 23 and 24 and release a product and scraps.
