PURPOSE: To rapidly discharge a plastic material before the changeover of a molding material and to prevent material loss or to shorten an operation time by forming a metal film containing a material having good releasability with respect to molten plastic and heat resistance on the contact surface with a plastic material in an injection molding machine.
CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment film 31 of fluorocarbon dispersed metal plating is applied to all of the contact surfaces with a plastic material such as the inner surface of an injection cylinder 25, the inner surfaces of an end cap 21 and a nozzle 27, the surface of a screw containing a check ring 23. The thickness of the surface treatment film 31 is about 20μm and the content of fluorocarbon is 10-80vol.%.
