Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject mold a resin molded product having a thick-walled rib without generating defective outer appearance such as unevenness in glass and luster or the formation of sink marks.
SOLUTION: A standing rib 3b is formed on a site on which a thick-walled rib 2 is connected in the T-shape with a side wall section 6a of a molded product 1, and an auxiliary rib 4 connecting the other end of the thick-walled rib 2 with the side wall section 6a is formed, and a standing rib 3a is formed on a site on which the auxiliary rib 4 is connected in the T-shape with the side wall section 6a. Resin is filled in a mold so designed as to form a closed zone by side wall sections 6a and 6b, the thick-walled rib 2 and the auxiliary rib 4, and pressurized gas is injected between the resin filled in the closed zone and the mold to manufacture a molded product 1.
