Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an injection molded product of good accuracy without distorting the patterns of a patterning sheet by smoothly and closely bringing the patterning sheet into contact with the surface of a cavity.
SOLUTION: A curved groove part 30a is formed to the surface of a female mold 30 and a curved protruding part 50a having the shape corresponding to the groove part 30a of the femal mold 30 is formed to a sheet clamp 50. A pair of sheet guide grooves 82, 82 are provided to the curved groove part 30a of the female mold 30. Both side ends of a patterning sheet 15 are grasped by sheet grasping means 88 run within a pair of the sheet guide grooves 82, 82 to supply the patterning sheet 15 to the female mold 30 in a curved state. Since the patterning sheet 15 is curved, it can be smoothly and closely brought into contact with the surface 31a of a cavity.
