Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the manufacturing costs of a female mold, to improve vacuum suction efficiency, to expand a limiting shape of an obtained molding, and to prevent the deterioration in appearance, design, and beauty by making the traces of an opening for vacuum suction hardly remain on the decorative surface of the molding.
SOLUTION: A female mold 12 and a male mold 30 are provided, the cavity surface 13 forming part in the female mold 12 is made insert structure which is composed of at least two members, for example cylindrical outside part 12C and an inserted inside part 12D which is inserted into the inside part 12C, and an opening 14 for vacuum suction is formed in the joint part between the outside part 12C and the inside part 12D.
