Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly change the grinding angle for an injection needle, or correct a grinding distance caused by grinding wheel abrasion, and etc., by rotating a grinding wheel with a grinding point as the center when a contact point, between the injection needle tip and a circumference, is adopted as the grinding point.
SOLUTION: When a contact point, between an injection needle tip part 2a and the peripheral edge 4b of a grinding wheel 4, is adopted as a grinding point 8, a fixed side slide guide 5b is connected and fixed to a movable side track mount 6a, one of track mounts, for linking a slide mechanism along a grinding wheel center line A with a straight line, connecting a grinding wheel center point 9 and the grinding point 8, as a grinding wheel center line A, and a rotation mechanism around the grinding point 8. A movable side slide guide 5a is fitted to the slide guide 5b, and the grinding wheel 4 is mounted on the slide guide 5a, thereby rotating the grinding wheel 4 with the grinding point 8 as the center.
