Abstract:
To provide a system for forming a molded part wherein at least one lamellar heater is connected, fixed or freely detachably fixed to the side surface of at least one nozzle, and a method using it.
A heater device can be visually inspected and tested by connection for freely detachable fixing and can be detached and/or replaced. A lamellar heater device has a support device to which an electric resistance passage is attached patternwise. The electric resistance passage may include electric resistance wires at an arbitrary pitch or in an arbitrary number so as to generate an equal heat distribution in relation to a length direction along the melt flow channel of at least one nozzle at the time of use of the nozzle.
