Abstract:
A motor vehicle reservoir filling pipe 1 is of the type not having a welded semi-toric end-piece, the upper end of the tube forming the pipe being itself bent inwardly to form a semi-toric part. The pipe 1 is formed by a tube whose end is bent inwardly to form a semi-toric part 4 and, in this semi- toric part 4, is housed and fixed a ring 5 of an insert whose lower face has the profile of the cut out edge of conventional semi-toric end-pieces, with ramps 11 and stops 13 for ensuring the sealing closure of a cap comprising two diametrically opposed studs.
