Abstract:
To provide a control technology for injection timing which enables quick engine starting and can be widely applied to a fuel injection pump provided with a general hydraulic timer.
When an engine is stopped, a control valve 9 is closed after pressure oil is supplied into a piston chamber 6 to move a piston 5 to an ignition-advance side. When the engine is started, the control valve 9 is kept closed until prescribed time lapses after an engine starter starts operation, and the control valve is opened after the prescribed time lapses.
