Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection unit in a molding machine capable of molding a resin using a high-quality molten resin, while melting a large number of plastic pellets.SOLUTION: A fuser 2 is turned to a heated state. Plastic pellets p, p... are supplied from a pellet supply port 11a into a cylinder 1. The plastic pellets are moved in a forward path by driving means. The entire plastic pellets entering from an inflow side large opening 22a of a melting hole 22 of a fuser 2 are pressurized at a pressure closing part 41 of a plunger 4, and also pressurized immediately after entering inside the melting hole 22. Thereafter, at an intermediate location inside the melting hole 22, the plastic pellets are put in an air-tight state and pressurized, and inside the melting hole 22, the plastic pellets are sequentially melted in the air-tight state, so that molten resin flows out from an outflow side small opening 22b of the melting hole 22.
