Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable more accurate fuel injection by forming a ruptured face positively on an inner side surface of a jet hole without changing a machining angle of the jet hole of a plate orifice.
CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an injector is provided with a process in which a jet hole 151 is drilled by using a punch 201 for press for a platelike material put on a dice 203 for press to manufacture a plate orifice 133 and a process in which the plate orifice 133 is put in an injector main body. The punch 201 for press is provided in such a manner that it can pass through the platelike material in such a way that it is inclined through a dice hole 205. Moreover, the dice hole 205 has the same inclination angle as the punch for press, and a clearance C1 on inner side surface of the inclination angle in the dice hole 205 is larger than a clearance C2 on outer side surface of the inclination angle.
