Abstract:
To provide an injector with excellent fuel temperature raising performance.
Since a semiconductor substrate forming a micro nozzle 110 is heated when a voltage is applied to an externally led-out electrode fitted to the micro nozzle 110, heat from the semiconductor substrate tends to be transferred to the fuel passing a through hole formed in the semiconductor substrate and the fuel temperature rising time can be reduced. Also, since the micro nozzle 110 increasing the temperature of the fuel is disposed on the downstream side of the needle valve 105 of the injector 100 and only a small amount of fuel used for each injection is heated, the fuel not used for injection is not heated, and an energy efficiency for heating the fuel is high.
