To reduce the manual labor for the ink adjustment by providing a turntable device having an ink can and kneading plate thereon and rotating with a rotating shaft as its center and removably setting a manual kneading spatula fitted on an output shaft of an agitating device.

A spatula fixing holder 4 with a manual kneading spatula 13 for the manual ink kneading is fitted on an output shaft 12 facing downward through a shaft connecting section 5 and rotated integrally with the output shaft 12. The manual kneading spatula 13 is insertion fixed on the lower face side of the shaft connecting section 5 to be fitted on the output shaft 10 on the spatula fixing holder 4 and rotated thereon. The end of the manual kneading spatula 13 is formed into the plane shape, and the end of the kneading spatula 13 is preferably set on a kneading plate upper face on the bottom of an ink can set on a turntable 16. A rotating center of the manual kneading spatula 13 is in parallel with a rotating center of the turntable 16, and the centers are separated at the given interval, and the kneading of ink in the ink can 19 and the upper face of the kneading plate is carried out in the continuous spiral shape or the like and kneaded uniformly.
