Abstract:
To provide an ink bottle capable of reducing possibility of jetting an ink.SOLUTION: The ink bottle comprises: a container body capable of storing an ink; an ink outlet forming part 15 mounted to the container body to form an ink outlet 14; an outlet valve 16 provided at the ink outlet 14; and a cap 17 for forming a closed space 28 between the ink outlet forming part 15 and the cap. The cap 17 includes a switch 32 for opening the outlet valve 16, and a spring 33 for energizing the switch 32 in a direction of separating from the outlet valve 16. The switch 32 energized by the spring 33 is partially exposed to an outside to close an atmospheric communication hole 30 for causing the closed space 28 to communicate with the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
