Abstract:
To provide an ink cartridge manufacturing method in which an optimal manufacturing process can be selected and executed in accordance with a degree of deterioration of an exterior body or a degree of viscosity of refilling ink.SOLUTION: An ink cartridge 1 comprises: an exterior body 20; an ink container 10; and a support member 22 which is provided inside the exterior body and lifts a rear end of the ink container. In a process of recycling the ink cartridge (Fig.5, S2, reuse), it is decided whether or not to change the exterior body (Fig.5, S3-S6) on the basis of a number of mounting times of the ink cartridge, and presence/absence of reuse of the support member is decided (Fig.5, S7-S10) on the basis a degree of viscosity of the ink to be refilled in the ink container, in order to select and execute (Fig.5, S11) a manufacturing method corresponding to a combination of the decisions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
