Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of segregation of constructional granulates by putting once a predetermined' amount of powder aggregates into an intermediate vessel and then making them fall into a second vessel when the powder aggregates are transported from the first vessel to the second vessel.
CONSTITUTION: Powder aggregates M within a first vessel 1 is transferred to an intermediate vessel 2 by means of a belt feeder 4. The intermediate vessel 2 is constructed such that the feeder 4 side is made into a slide wall 5 or the like for enabling the receiving inlet 6 to move upward and downward and, when powder aggregates M are inputted therein, the intermediate vessel 2 starts to come down gradually. When a level sensor 7 detects the upper limit quantity, supply is stopped and an opening and closing gate 9 at the lower end is opened so as to put the powder granules M into the second vessel 3. At this time, the intermediate vessel 2 moves upward gradually and moves horizontally repeatedly together with the vessel 1 and feeder 4, or the vessel 3 moves horizontally downwardly in order to transport the powder granules M in a flat condition. When the level sensor 8 of the intermediate vessel 2 detects the lower limit quantity, it moves upward with the gate 9 closed, and powder granules M is inputted therein and the operation described above is repeated again.
