Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cassette which locks a supply bobbin and a winding bobbin to prevent loosening of an ink ribbon and unlocks in accordance with attachment and detachment to/from a printer with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An ink cassette includes: a moving member 307 which can move in a parallel direction to a rotary shaft of a supply bobbin 302 and winding bobbin 301, and has a supply bobbin side lock part 307-1 which engages with an engagement part arranged on the supply bobbin to restrict rotation of the supply bobbin, and a winding bobbin side lock part 307-1 which engages with an engagement part arranged on the winding bobbin to restrict rotation of the winding bobbin; and a biasing part 308 for biasing the moving member to an engagement part side. When the ink cassette is mounted on a printer, engagement of the lock part and the engagement part is released by abutting a part of the printer and the moving member and moving the moving member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
