PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition of high storage stability, giving a coating film of a large thickness in a stabilized state, by printing a tungsten dust and an ultraviolet-curable resin varnish on the base plate, irradiating the coated mixture with ultraviolet rays to keep the shape immediately after printing, and calcining at a specific temperature.
CONSTITUTION: An ink composition which is composed of (A) a tungsten dust of 1.0W2.8μ average particle size, (B) an ultraviolet-curable resin varnish (containing 0.04W1.50mol. of (meth)acryloyl groups per 1,000g of the whole varnish), preferably (C) 0.5W5wt.% of glass fritts or a low-melting metal, is coated or printed on the ceramic base plate, irradiated with ultraviolet rays, and calcining in a reduction atmosphere at 1,350W1,600°C to form the tungsten conductive layer for heating. At this time, the subject composition contains 75W95wt.% of tungsten solid to remain after calcination and 5W25wt.% of the resin varnish to dissipate by calcination.
