PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition stable even when stored for long time with high concentration condition, extremely excellent in color tone of printed images, and providing a black recorded image excellent in various fastness, especially ozone gas resistance of the printed images.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink composition containing (A) a dye represented by the following formula (1) and (B) an azo dye having a different structure from (A). (1), where R, R, R, R, and Rare each independently H, a halogen atom, a sulfo group, or the like, Rand Rare each independently H, a cyano group, a sulfo group, or the like, and n is 0 or 1.
