PURPOSE: The titled ink, obtained by blending a reactive disperse dye with an organic solvent unreactive with the above-mentioned dye and water, capable of giving precise and stable prints, having improved dye fixing ratio as well as color fastness to washing and suitable for printing fabrics.
CONSTITUTION: An ink obtained by blending (A) a reactive disperse dye, preferably a compound expressed by the formula, etc., is blended with (B) water and (C) an ink solvent consisting essentially of an organic solvent, e.g., DMF, etc., unreactive with the component (A). The respective components are preferably used to give 0.1W15wt% content of the component (A) in the ink and 1W70wt% content of the component (C) in the ink solvent. The above-mentioned ink is preferably adjusted to 30W60dyn/cm surface tension from the viewpoint of discharge stability through nozzles, etc., After sticking the above-mentioned ink to a fabric by an ink jet method, dyeing treatment is preferably carried out.
