The ink composition is produced by dissolving or dispersing dyes in an aqueous medium and the aqueous medium comprises water, a water- miscible organic solvent, dyes and a compound that can include the dyes. Particularly, a dye clathrate of cyclodextrins connected in the longitudinal direction, rotaxane molecule and molecular nano tubes are preferably used.
