Abstract:

To provide an ink composition which improves the brittleness of images after printed and is excellent in storage stability and curability of the ink.

The ink composition contains (a) a monofunctional oxetane group-containing compound expressed by formula (1) [in formula (1), R1is a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group; R2is a 1-12C alkyl group or a 6-12C aryl group] as at least one kind of cationic polymerizable compound in an amount of 30-75 mass% to the total amount of the cationic polymerizable compounds, (b) a triaryl sulfonium salt compound as a polymerization initiator, (c) a pigment dispersion containing a pigment, a dispersant, a cationic polymerizable compound and/or a solvent and (d) a sensitizer.
