To provide a polythiophene conductive polymer-containing composition (ink) that is improved in the probability of occurrence of dark spots, the durability of elements and the yield in making devices.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition containing polythiophene containing a specific structural unit containing SOM group (A), polyacrylic acid water-soluble resin (B), glycol (C), glycol ether (D), and aprotic polar solvent (E). The contents of (A), (B), (C) and (D) are 0.01-1.0 wt.%, 0.1-10 wt.%, and 0.01-30 wt.%, and 0.01-30 wt.%, and the total of (C), (D) and (E) is 60-99 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
