Title:
INK FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6475275
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the load of a take-up motor, by determining an adhesion strength between a film and a film pay-out side core to be lower than a specific value.

CONSTITUTION: An ink film 2 is so constructed as to be wound around a core 1, and an adhesion strength between the film 2 and the film pay-out side core 1 is determined to be 1kgf or less. For example, the pay-out core 1 made of ABS resin and the end face of the ink film 2 approximately 6μm thick and 100mm wide using a substrate of polyethylene terephthalate are bonded with each other using a double-coated tape. At this time, an adhesion area between the core 1 and the ink film 2 is so varied as to form the ink film 2 with an adhesion strength of 1.0kgf or less. In this manner, when the film was used up the film can be easily peeled from the core, and the load of a take-up motor can be reduced.
