CONSTITUTION: An ink fountain structure used for a printer ink cartridge providing an ink under the negative pressure and a printer ink cartridge including the ink fountain structure are provided, (a) a rigid frame 20 having a pair of edges 21 extended in the peripheral direction on both sides facing each other and an ink jet port 19 and (b) a pair of flexible and opaque films 22 and 24 bonded with the ink in the airtight state and forming the ink fountain structure in the rigid frame.
