Title:
INK JET HEAD AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3182882
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure long-term reliability by applying a photosensitive urethane/ acrylate resin to the ink contact part of the cured film of first and second photosensitive resins formed on a substrate to laminate and bond a uniform membrane thereto.
CONSTITUTION: After a nozzle plate 1 having ink emitting orifices is cleaned, dried and heated, a cavity constituting member 2 is laminated to the nozzle plate 1 and, further, one cavity constituting member 2 is laminated. A photomask is superposed on the cavity constituting member 2 to be exposed and an unpolymerized part is dissolved and removed to obtain a desired pattern shape. The dry film having the desired pattern shape is subjected to secondary exposure or heating. Thereafter, a photosensitive urethane/acrylate resin 8 is applied to the pattern surface of the dry film containing an ink contact part in a uniform thickness to be cured by UV rays. A cavity shape is obtained with respect to a second substrate 3 by the fundamentally same process but the curing due to UV rays is not performed. The nozzle plate 1 and the second substrate 3 are aligned and pressed to be irradiated with electron beam on the side of the second substrate 3.
