In addition, based on the recorded data, the personal computer 1B controls a head transfer mechanism 6 (an X direction drive motor 2 and a Y direction drive motor 3) and further, controls a head drive circuit 11. Besides, the personal computer 1B discharges a specified weight of the lens material from a specified nozzle aperture, based on the relative position of a head 10 to the substrate.
