Abstract:
To provide an ink jet method capable of obtaining a recorded matter which can execute high-speed printing, is excellent in color development and fineness and is also excellent in adhesiveness and scratch resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink jet method which comprises: a discharging step of discharging a radiation ray-curable inkjet composition to a recording medium in an amount of ink per dot of 22 ng/dot or less using an inkjet head capable of ejecting ink with a nozzle density of 600 npi or more; and an irradiation step of irradiating the radiation ray-curable inkjet composition adhered to the recording medium with radiation, wherein the radiation ray-curable inkjet composition comprises a polymerizable compound containing a monofunctional monomer and a polyfunctional monomer, the monofunctional monomer contains a nitrogen-containing monofunctional monomer, the content of the monofunctional monomer is 90 mass% or more based on the total amount of the polymerizable compound and the content of the nitrogen-containing monofunctional monomer is 1 to 15 mass% based on the total amount of the polymerizable compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
