PURPOSE: To obtain the subject product, having no bleeding even in high-speed printing on ordinary paper, providing a uniform picture free from color unevenness, not causing undesirable delivery after suspension of printing, comprising a specific nonionic surfactant, thiodiglycol and urea.
CONSTITUTION: The objective product comprises (A) dye, (B) water, (C) 0.1-20wt.% nonionic surfactant selected from an adduct of a higher alcohol with ethylene oxide of formula I (R is alkyl; (n) is integer), an adduct of an alkylphenol with ethylene oxide of formula II, an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer of formula III (R is H or alkyl; (n) and (l) are integer) and an adduct of acetylene glycol with ethylene oxide of formula IV ((m) and (n) are integer), (D) thiodiglycol and (E) urea or its derivative. The amount of the component B added is preferably 55-75wt.% and the amounts of the component C and the component D are preferably 1-30wt.%, respectively. The amount of the component A is preferably 1-7wt.% based on the total amount of ink.
