Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recorder that is able to emit ink droplets of appropriate size according to the size of an image and the size of a sheet on which the image is recorded.SOLUTION: According to that a first sheet size is equal to a second sheet size (S35:No and S38:No), ink droplets of the first size are emitted onto a sheet area, and ink droplets of the second ink size larger than the first ink size are emitted onto a projecting area (S37 and S40). According to that the second sheet size is larger than the first sheet size (S35:Yes and S38:Yes), ink droplets of the first ink size are emitted onto the sheet area and projecting area (S36 and S39).
