Title:
INK JET RECORDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3545843
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an ink jet recorder capable of improving a recording speed and always obtaining stable excellent recording image.
CONSTITUTION: Ink 10 is supplied from an ink supply pipe 5 to a cavity 4. The supplied ink 10 is discharged from an ink recovery groove 9 to the exterior through the cavity 4 by an ink recovery pipe 6. The toner particles 11 in the ink 10 supplied to the cavity 4 are concentrated to the recording electrode 3 side by the operation of a toner concentrating electrode 7. The concentrated particles 11 are conveyed to the end of the electrode 3, and the ink 10 lowered in the concentration of the particles 11 is conveyed to an ink recovery groove 9. In this case, when a recording voltage Vej is applied only to the electrode for recording, an electric field between the electrodes 3 and 12 is strengthened, the particles 11 at the end of the electrode 3 are discharged toward the electrode 12 to be transferred onto a recording sheet 13.
