Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device that can keep recording images even after a cartridge gets empty and can suppress amounts of ink flowing out from a cartridge when mounting the cartridge thereon.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording device comprises: an ink cartridge 30 which has a first base part 48 and a first protruding part 49 protruding from an upper part of the first base part 48 and has an upper storage chamber 32 formed across the first base part 48 and the first protruding part 49; and a cartridge mounting part 110 which has a second base part 118 and a second protruding part 119 protruding from a lower part of the second base part 118 and has a storage chamber 121 formed across the second base part 118 and the second protruding part 119. The first base part 48 overlaps with the second base part 118 and the second protruding part 119 when viewed from a longitudinal direction 8 but does not overlap with the second base part 118 and the second protruding part 119 when viewed from a vertical direction 7. The first protruding part 119 overlaps with the second base part 118 but does not overlap with the second protruding part 119 when viewed from the longitudinal direction 8, and does not overlap with the second base part 118 but overlaps with the second protruding part 119 when viewed from the vertical direction 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
