CONSTITUTION: A common electrode 5 is mounted to a front section, a signal line 7 is arranged to a rear section and a drive IC body 4 is loaded on the upper section of laminated piezoelectric elements 1 regarding an electric signal, thus miniaturizing a head. Flow paths are arrayed zigzag in the vertical direction of a flow path plate in order to increase density, and the drive IC body 4 is loaded directly on the piezoelectric elements 1, thus improving the effect of heat dissipation, then also allowing connection with the signal line on incorporation.
