Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond an island part and an elastically deformable polymer film with no intermediary of adhesive layer.
SOLUTION: Small pieces 2, 2, 2,... forming island parts arranged at the pitch of pressure generating chamber are bonded to an elastically deformable film 5 of varnish-like polymer through adhesive property of the polymer material to constitute an elastic plate 6 thus eliminating the absorption of displacement or positional shift of a piezoelectric element due to adhesive layer.
