Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009000833
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To stably exert ejection control without heating ink than it is necessary.

The ink jet recording head includes: ejecting port lines 11A to 11F, each having a plurality of ejection ports; a plurality of heat generation resistors for ejection, which correspond to the ejection ports and generate heat energy used for ejecting ink; and heat generating resistors 501 and 502 for heating, which generate heat energy used for heating the ink. The heat generating resistor 501 for heating is located in the lower layer of the heat generating resistor for ejection, and part of it is located below the ink passage. The heat generating resistor 502 for heating is disposed on the periphery of a head substrate.
