Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an ink jet recording head which has a semipermanent water- repellent treatability on the periphery of an orifice.
CONSTITUTION: A water-repellent layer 20 is formed on the peripheral edge of the ink discharge port 14 of an orifice surface or the part and the front surface plate part of its outside of amorphous thermoplastic resin having a perfluoroheterocycle structure in which silane coupling agent is introduced to the end of polymer chain.
