Abstract:
To bond an electrode for bonding a flexible cable and a piezoelectric oscillator without using any bonding material.
A TCP 15a is provided with six rows of segment terminals 16a-16f in correspondence with nozzle openings in order to connect the signal of an output signal pattern 123 with an actuator 130. On the other hand, each diaphragm of the actuator 130 is provided with six terminal electrodes comprising segment terminal electrodes 5a-5f being bonded conductively to the segment terminals 16a-16f and common terminal electrodes 381-386. Conductive bonding is carried out by subjecting the terminal electrodes on the TCP side to fluorination.
