The ink-jet recording head is a generally card-type head comprising a joint part H2200 having an electric connection part and an ink feed opening H1801 on one side face thereof. It is possible to simultaneously connect the electric connection part and the ink feed opening H1801 on the head side to an electric connection part and an ink feed opening on a carriage side, respectively, by pressing the head in one direction.
