Abstract:
To provide an ink jet recording method capable of recording an image free from bleeding in boundary of the image and has small change in density and color of the image after an elapse of time as compared with those of the image just printed out, and a recorded image using the same.
The ink jet recording method records on a recording body provided with an ink receiving layer on a water impermeable substrate by using an ink jet recording ink containing 5 to 50 mass% of a water-soluble organic solvent. The ink contains at least water, a water-soluble dye and the water-soluble organic solvent. The water-soluble organic solvent comprises at least 80 mass% of a water-soluble organic solvent having a flash point of 120 to 160°C.
