To simply manufacture an ink occluding body for a double head writing utensil which does not have evil effect on writing characteristics of the double head writing utensil to make it at a low cost.

By forming an ink blocking part making ink communication impossible approximately at the central part in the length direction of the ink occluding body covered with a outer skin, influences of both pen points of the double head writing utensil are cut off, and evil effects of ink discharging properties and light and shade of handwriting are eliminated, and different kinds of inks are prevented from being mixed when different kinds of the inks are used. In addition, as manufacturing of the ink occluding body for the double head writing utensil is simplified, production at a low cost becomes possible. Furthermore, by providing an air communication passage on the outer skin of the ink occluding body in the neighborhood of the blocking part, even when the pressure in the ink occluding body is decreased with decrease in ink by writing, air is fed from the air communication passage to ensure smooth discharge of the ink.
