Abstract:

To provide an ink set that has improved color appearance, gas resistance and light resistance of a secondary color image recorded with a combination of magenta ink, cyan ink and yellow ink.

The ink set includes a set of magenta ink, cyan ink and yellow ink. The magenta ink contains a color material of a specific structure, the cyan ink contains a color material having a phthalocyanine skeleton, and the yellow ink contains a color material having an azo structure.
