To provide an ink set for inkjet recording and inkjet recording method, wherein an excellent image accompanied with no degradation of image properties by repellent can be formed on every recording material including materials compatible with plastics hydrophylized by gas or corona discharge (corona-treated polypropylene and polyethylene, etc.) even by using a two-liquid type ink comprising a recording liquid containing at least a coloring agent and a polymerizable compound and a treating liquid containing substantially no coloring agent.
The ink set for inkjet recording comprises at least one recording liquid containing a coloring agent and a polymerizable compound and a treating liquid containing at least one glycol ether and substantially no coloring agent, and the inkjet recording method comprises using the ink set for inkjet recording.
