Title:
INK-STICK RUBBING INSTRUMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011016269
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve a problem that an ink-stick holder or a conventional instrument for holding an ink-stick which has been shortened due to rubbing on an ink-stone is available, but the shortened ink-stick needs to be long at least to some extent to be held by the holder and the ink-stick cannot be used to the last, and furthermore, a hand and an arm are tired in using the ink-stick to the last.

The ink-stick rubbing instrument includes a body upper part 2 curved in an expanding way, having a square or round hole at the center thereof and a slide member 1 to be inserted therein. The upper part 1 of the slide member located on the same radius as the upper part 2 of the body projects from the upper part of the body to grasp the projection 1 and the upper part 2 of the body by pasting the ink-stick on the bottom face 8 of the slide member. When pressing down the upper part of the slide member by the palm of a hand, the ink-stick is pushed out of the recess of the slide member to some extent to be rubbed on the ink-stone while being in contact therewith. When a slide member 1 is guided upward, the ink-stick pasted on the bottom face 8 of the slide member enters into the recess of the body to be covered with a cover 5.
