Abstract:
To prevent a bubble from being left easily in a manifold when ink is introduced into the manifold.
In the ink suction method being employed for an ink jet head, ink is drained from an interconnection channel to evacuate a manifold and then ink is sucked from the interconnection channel under a pressure higher than that when ink is drained thus supplying ink from a supply ink channel into the manifold.
