Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate joining connections by a method in which the connectors of an ink tank are held by an elastic supporter to enable the connectors to displace within a given plane.
CONSTITUTION: The connector 205A of an ink supply tube is held by plate springs 201 and 202 in such a way as to enable the connector 205A to displace within a plane including the X-X and Y-Y directions. When fixing the connector 205B, even when the position is more or less biased, the connector 205A is held by the plate springs 201 and 202, and thereby the displacement can be absorbed by the springs 201 and 202 and the failure of connection and defective connection can be prevented.
