Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and accurately control an ink supply amount to the printing regions of various image line ratios by easily controlling the rotational speed of an ink origin roller.SOLUTION: The ink supply control device includes ink origin roller control means 22 for controlling the rotational speed of an ink origin roller 2, ink key control means 24 for controlling the aperture of each ink key 3 based on the setting information of a color tone control device 30, and determination means 26a for determining satisfaction of a control condition that the color tone of a printed matter is stable and the rotational speed of the ink origin roller 2 is in a controllable region, and the ink origin roller control means 22 adjusts the rotational speed of the ink origin roller 2 based on the aperture state of each ink key 3 when the determination means 26a determines that the control condition has been satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
