Title:
INK SUPPLY DEVICE OF STENCIL PRINTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3073571
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To ensure that stencil printing in appropriate density can be performed immediately after the start of operation without requiring a long warm-up time during the start of a stencil printing device, especially during the start in a cold season.
CONSTITUTION: The ink supply device of a stencil printer supplies a printing ink from the inner circumferential part using a squeegee blade 41 which slides in contact with the inner circumferential surface of an ink permeable cylindrical plate cylinder 1 which rotates around its center axial line with a stencil sheet attached to the peripheral surface. In addition, a heater 53 for heating an ink is provided on the delayed action side of the rotating direction of the cylindrical plate cylinder from a position where the squeegee 41 comes in contact with the plate cylinder 1. The printing ink is heated for softening at an appropriate temperature immediately before the ink is squeezed in to the plate cylinder 1 using the heater 53.
