The inking arrangement has the flattening roller 12, an ink supply unit 13 for applying a controlled amount of ink to the flattening roller 12 indirectly or directly through at least one addition roller interposed between the ink supply unit 13 and the flattening roller 12 and the flattening roller 14 operatively connected to the flattening roller 12 in order to distribute ink coating. The flattening rollers 12 and 14 have hard flattening surfaces 15 and 16 in order to form a uniform ink film. The flattening surfaces 15 and 16 having at least 80 Shore A hardness or at least 30 Shore D hardness.
