To provide an inkjet head inspection circuit which can easily detect change of capacitance of piezoelectric actuator of an inkjet head through a simple circuitry.

An inkjet head inspection device includes: a scanning part which measures change of capacitance of the piezoelectric actuator being connected with the piezoelectric actuator of the inkjet head; a pulse input part which applies high voltage pulse to the scanning part; a switching part which connects the scanning part with the piezoelectric actuator and the pulse input part or intercepts the connections; and a control part which controls the switching part and connects the scanning part with the piezoelectric actuator and the pulse input part, receives transmission of information over change of capacitance of the piezoelectric actuator by the applied high voltage pulse from the scanning part, and determines presence or absence of abnormalities in the piezoelectric actuator.
